Hitesh  Keswani


If you follow your passion, purpose will certainly follow. A philosophy Hitesh Keswani, owner of  Silver Beach Entertainment and Hospitality Pvt Ltd (SBEHPL) lives by. With restaurants like Radio Bar, Estella, Opa Kipos, Copa, The Lazy Goose, Torro Torro, Nom Nom and more, Keswani believes that success lies in finding the right locations, the right team, maintaining a personal connection with guests and consistently delivering top notch service and food.

Simple, down to earth and fiercely determined, 24-year-old Hitesh Keswani started his career as a base-line manager with brands like Mocha and Hawaiian Shack in Mumbai. He went on to open his first outlet, Silver Beach Cafe in Juhu, Mumbai in 2010. This was followed by Nom Nom in Versova and Bandra, followed by Copa in 2013, Sirocco and Radio Bar in 2015. He quickly added Ministry of Salads and The Terrace (both in Mumbai) in 2016 followed by the iconic Estella in Dec 2016. The latter is Mumbai's most sought after beach-front restaurant and bar. In 2017, they expanded to Goa with The Lazy Goose which was followed by Silver Beach Cafe Dubai and Lokhandwala, Mumbai in 2018.

Opening of Basanti in JBR, The year 2019 saw the opening of Basanti in JBR, Dubai and Radio Bar’s second outlet in Chembur, Mumbai. His firm also manages villas in Canary Farms Lonavla, Alibaug and Silver Beach Villa, Assagao, Goa. Most recently,
he launched the popular Dubai-based Greek restaurant Opa Kipos at Worli in August 2021 which made its way to being one of the city’s top ranking restaurants in record time. In about 12 years, SBEH turnover is 200cr making Hitesh’s hospitality venture
a success story. Experimenting with different genres and formats, Keswani is always taking on new challenges.  

His ability to ideate, nurture scalable brands, sustain market changes and create multiple value propositions has held him and the company in good stead. His company has won multiple honour including the Times Food Award for COPA and Nom Nom, The Elite Magazine Award for Estella, and the Times Food Awards for The Lazy Goose in Goa.  With plans to open a Japanese restaurant in Mumbai and Radio Bar in Seawoods, Vashi, there is definitely no stopping for this enterprising 37-year-old.

Ryan Founder & Managing director of Alba Hospitality & Lifestyle with over 20 year’s experience in the Food & Beverage and hospitality industry, covering all aspects from brand creation to strategy, operations management in beach clubs, lifestyle restaurants & bars & night life venues globally.

He has previously been in leadership roles with highly successful food & beverage hospitality groups, heading up concept creation, strategic planning as well as operating highly profitable multiple lifestyle beach clubs, restaurants & nightlife brands including Blue Marlin Ibiza UAE, The Act by The Box NYC, The Hatch Dubai, Cipriani &The Atlantis resort over the two decades of his hospitality career.

He is the Co-founder of White rabbit creative agency, an entertainment & creative agency that specializes in unique concept creation, stage production, activations and artist management.

He is currently focused on curating & building his own F&B concepts, alongside helping Hospitality companies build new & innovative concepts with strategic realignment plans & processes for them to stay relevant in the current market. His latest Hospitality project venture as Co-founder of AKINA- a luxury contemporary Japanese restaurant & bar in the heart of Mumbai.

He enjoys creating unique concepts in highly competitive markets, brands that guests can be stimulated by, immersed, and left with an emotional touch to all of their senses. He is in the constant pursuit of creating cinematic experiences.
